- Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School is the only school of its kind in the Western United States.
- Our school is located in an actual orthodontic office to give our students the ability to train beyond the typical classroom setting.
- Our open bay operatory and access to state of the art equipment allows you to be able to put what you are learning into action immediately.
What will the Northern Utah Orthodontic Assisting School offer me?
- Limited classroom sizes. The school will have a maximum of ten (10) students per class. In order to give our students the individualized attention and training needed to succeed, we keep our classes small.
- Hands on training. You will train, hands-on beside the orthodontist, and learn from working orthodontic assistants, instructors, and treatment coordinators, both with patients and in our school. Over 80% of our curriculum is hands-on. Each student will have an opportunity to practice orthodontic techniques before beginning an internship.
- Internships. An internship will be part of the curriculum for each student. This internship will be set up by the school’s administration.
- Resume and interview training. One of the schools main goals is to facilitate highly sought after employees. Part of the curriculum will prepare you for the application and interview process.
- Low tuition costs. The tuition for this training is less expensive than comparable training programs, and graduates can expect higher pay.
- Sense of accomplishment. Graduates can take pride in obtaining the same skills that it takes orthodontic assistants years to learn on the job.
